Registration is now open for Active Response to ICE and Family Support training session in Plainwell.
The training will include information for both groups—Active Response volunteers and Family Support volunteers.
During this session, participants will learn how to effectively respond to ICE operations, and ways to support families impacted before, during and after ICE encounters. In addition, self-care tactics for volunteers participating in this program will be discussed.
Carsie Blanton Benefit Concert
We are joining our Todos Bienvenidos partner South Haven Indivisible, along with our other Todos Bienvenidos Indivisible partners from Holland/Zeeland, Paw Paw, and Southwest Michigan, in welcoming Carsie Blanton for a benefit concert in support of immigrant families in our area living under the daily fear of I.C.E. This event is a call to action—to offer not only financial support, but a visible message of unity, dignity, and belonging.
